I am either a friend or family member with knowledge of the Raven Project, a Sophisticated or Accredited Investor, an Eligible Contracted Party, or have obtained knowledge of your project through association, and am satisfied that I fully understand the project and have sought the the advice and council of my financial advisor, attorney, CPA, or any other needed party to make an informed decision.
